A: We will provide you with one of our telephone numbers and will route your
calls to your already existing phone service.

Q: Is there a monthly charge for service?
A: Yes. The monthly charge varies depending upon which facility your loved one
is located.

Q: If I have a block on my home phone can I still use your
services?
A: Yes. Those types of blocks do not affect our service to you.

Q: Do I receive a bill for services in the mail?
A: No. All calls are prepaid and we can send you a call history statement

Q: Can I add money to my account online with my credit or
debit card?
A: Yes...of course you can. We want to make it as easy as possible for your to
control your spending.

Q: What if I do not live in the United States?
A: We take care of many families that do not live in the United States.
